What is depression? It’s such a commonly used phrase “I’m feeling depressed” but it’s different for everyone that experiences it and it manifests itself differently.  All of us will have days when we’re feeling down, but depression is a constant feeling that doesn’t shift for days, weeks, months sometimes even years.Depression is a real condition, a real illness, and needs treated accordingly.
